§ 76. Mr. W. Hamiltonasked the Lord Privy Seal what progress has been made in talks with the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics concerning permission being granted to Mrs. Natasha Whitehead to visit the United Kingdom in connection with her divorce proceedings.
§ Mr. HeathMiss Natasha Vasbor, also known as Mrs. Whitehead, wishes to leave the Soviet Union and come to this country to appeal against the Decree of Nullity granted to Mr. Whitehead in an English Divorce Court in 1950. So far, despite many approaches which we have made, the Soviet authorities have not granted her the necessary exit permit.
