§ Mr. HeathThe United Kingdom Representative, together with the54W Representative of France, opposed inscription. The motion was supported by the Representatives of Bulgaria, Ceylon, Costa Rica, Haiti, Iraq, Japan, Libya, Pakistan, Panama, Roumania, Soviet Union, Sudan, Venezuela and Yugoslavia. The Representatives of Canada, Italy, China and the United States abstained.
