§ Mr. Goodhewasked the Minister of Transport whether he will give priority to constructing that section of the proposed North Orbital Road which forms a by-pass to Rickmansworth.
§ Mr. MarplesPlanning of the North Orbital Road in this area is not sufficiently advanced to determine dates of construction. In any event I could not regard this section as having high priority in relation to many other urgent schemes throughout the country.
