§ Mr. J. RodgersI hope that the Local Employment Act which provides the Board of Trade with powers which it did not have before, to build factories in Aberdeen, will operate to the benefit of Aberdeen and other development districts. The Board of Trade will continue in its efforts to attract industry to Aberdeen City and County.
