§ 42. Mr. Randallasked the Minister of Health what conclusions he has come to as a result of the further representations he has received concerning the terms of engagement of staff in the 63W National Health Service regarding interest to be paid on returned superannuation payments to staff on leaving the Service.
§ Mr. Walker-SmithMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Scotland and I are still considering this matter, but expect to announce a decision very soon.
