§ Mr. Walker-SmithWhile no new health centres have so far been established in Wales under Section 21 of the National Health Service Act, there are six existing centres which have been approved under that Section These are at Blaenavon, Ebbw Vale, Rhymney and Tredegar. Thirteen general practitioners work in these centres.
