§ Mr. Iain MacleodMr. Binaisa is rusticated because, in the Governor's opinion, his release would constitute a danger to peace and good order in Uganda. There have been representations about the application of the deportation orders, but I am aware of no representations addressed to me specifically directed to the release of Mr. Binaisa. The Governor is keeping Mr. Binaisa's case under continuous review.
