Mr. Russellasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will arrange for police officers to control traffic during peak hours at the congested junction of Kenton Road with Watford Road and Sheepcote Road, on the boundary between Harrow and Wembley, pending a decision by the Middlesex County Council on schemes for improving the junction.
