§ Sir D. EcclesIt is always open to local education authorities and school governors to consult the Royal Fine Art Commission and the Commission can ask to be consulted if it considers it desirable. I see no need, however, for an inquiry of the kind suggested by my hon. and gallant Friend. His views about the architectural style and aesthetic value of new schools are not shared by most good judges.
