§ Mr. R. A. ButlerI have considered very carefully, in consultation with my colleagues principally concerned, the suggestion that an informative pamphlet dealing with this matter should be published. We have concluded, however, for reasons which I have explained to the hon. Member, that the more practical course is for people who wish to help in the field of race relations to approach their local Citizens Advice Bureau or the Commissioner for the West Indies, British Guiana and British Honduras, who will gladly advise as to the various organisations operating in different parts of the country.
