§ Mr. Martenasked the Postmaster-General whether he will arrange that there shall be no postal deliveries on Christmas Day, 1960, as an experiment to test out public reaction, in order that postmen may spend Christmas Day, particularly the morning, with their families.
§ Miss PikeThis is not an easy matter to decide and I intend to examine it carefully when we come to consider the arrangements for next Christmas. I will certainly bear in mind the possibility mentioned by my hon. Friend.
