§ 88. Mr. Gourlayasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when the rateable values of property for the financial year 1961–62 will be made available to local authorities.
§ Mr. MaclaySection 15 (7) of the Valuation and Rating (Scotland) Act, 1956, requires assessors, not later than the 15th April, 1961, to estimate the rateable value of each county and burgh for 1961–62 and to send certified copies of the estimate to each rating authority.
