§ 44. Sir L. Plummerasked the Minister of Health if he will announce the scale of payment that he proposes to make to relatives of patients, their authorised representatives, and patients themselves, to meet their travelling expenses incurred in presenting appeals to the review tribunals under the Mental Health Act.
§ Mr. PowellRailway fares—second class—and any other necessary travelling expenses; also where appropriate, allowances for subsistence and loss of earnings on the same basis as for members of National Health Service authorities.
