§ Captain Kerbyasked the Minister of Education, in view of the difficulty in securing unification of the teaching profession as long as the representations of some 20,000 schoolmasters are excluded from the Burnham Committee, if he will now reconsider his rejection of the claim of the National Association of Schoolmasters to representation on that Committee.
