§ Mr. ErrollUnder an interim trading arrangement between Poland and the United Kingdom, these imports are subject to a quota of 20,000 tons for the first half of 1960. Arrangements for imports thereafter will be the subject of negotiations covering trade generally between the two countries which will, I hope, begin shortly.
