§ Mr. H. BrookeThere is much I would like to see done in developing the 105W Arts in Wales. I have read these particular proposals carefully. Their starling point is that the county councils should surrender some £1,400,000 of their Welsh Church Funds to form the nucleus of a National Trust for the Arts in Wales. I do not know whether the county councils would feel disposed to do this. I think time must be given for opinion to crystallise.
