In addition Mr. E. Hall and Mr. J. C. Robinson were appointed to the Special Committee of the Cotton Board set up under Section 3 of the Cotton Industry Act. They are independent members and serve on the Committee—but not on the Cotton Board proper—with Lord Rochdale, Mr. Bertoya and Mr. Rostron.
