HL Deb 14 May 1959 vol 216 cc481-2WA
LORD LUCAS OF CHILWORTH

asked Her Majesty's Government how many prosecutions have been brought and how many penalties imposed in connection with offences by cyclists and pedestrians against the provisions of the Road Traffic Acts during the year ending 31st December, 1957.

THE EARL BATHURST

I regret that the figures for which the noble Lord asks are not available and could not be obtained without considerable labour.

House adjourned at thirteen minutes past five o'clock.
