Wilson, 14 Battalion, Royal Army Ordnance Corps, now in the guard room at Didcot, Berkshire, has not been discharged from the Army following a psychiatric report in September, 1958, and a medical recommendation for discharge on 3rd January, 1959; and what was the outcome of the inquiry into this matter held on 28th April, 1959, presided over by Captain W. J. Boreham, M.C., Royal Pioneer Corps.
§ Mr. SoamesThe medical recommendation for discharge was mislaid. I regret that this should have happened and I am making close inquiries into the cause. Meanwhile, the balance of Wilson's current sentence is being remitted and he will be discharged from the Army.
