§ Mr. N. MacphersonMy right hon. Friend is informed by the North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board that it expects 1,000 farms and 500 crofts to be connected to their system this year. Their report for 1958 shows that 12,789 farms and 13,266 crofts are already connected, and that 6,511 farms and 8,534 crofts still remain to be connected.
