§ Mr. WatkinsonThe Hertfordshire County Council has submitted a scheme for my consideration. If this proves satisfactory I hope to make a grant of about £127,000 in the coming financial year towards its cost, which is estimated at £212,000. I understand that the council expects to start work about five months after the grant is issued.
