§ Lord Balnielasked the Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation when he expects work to begin on the dualling of the carriageways on the Great North Road between the Bull, Stanborough, and the de Havilland works at Hatfield.
§ Mr. WatkinsonPreliminary discussions are being held about a scheme to dual A.1 near Hatfield which will include the stretch between the de Havilland 115W works and the Bull, Stanborough, but I cannot yet say when constructional work will start.
