Mr. Edeasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs to what extent representatives of private boat and yacht owners are participating in the discussions with regard to the future of The Broads mentioned in paragraph 21 of the Government proposals following the Report of the Committee of Inquiry into Inland Waterways.
