§ Mr. Ellis Smithasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs if he will set out in tabular form the average daily figures of smoke and the average daily figures of sulphur dioxide in the atmosphere of the United Kingdom for the years 1938, 1948, and 1958, for the whole country and for Stoke-on-Trent, Manchester, Salford, Warrington, Stockport, Burnley, the three highest in Lancashire, Bournemouth, Harrogate and Torquay.
