§ 64. Mr. Stonehouseasked the Under-Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations if he will exercise the powers of Her Majesty's Government under the Southern Rhodesia Constitution Letters Patent, 1923, to prevent the implementation of the Preventive Detention (Temporary Provisions) Act, in view of the discriminatory nature of this legislation.
