Mr. Malcolm MacPhersonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies what was the net recurrent expenditure of public money per head of school population for European primary education in Kenya in the last convenient period of 12 months; and what was the corresponding expenditure for African primary education.
§ Mr. J. AmeryAs only figures for gross expenditure are available, I am asking the Governor whether he can state the total fee revenue from African and European primary schools, and I will circulate a further reply in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
