§ Mr. Knox Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs what further progress has been made with regard to Recommendation 179 (1958) of the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe; and if he will state the countries which have signed and those which have ratified the convention on the law relating to child maintenance and the respective dates of such signatures and ratifications.
§ Mr. R. AllanHer Majesty's Government's position with regard to the Recommendation is as stated in the reply which the then Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State gave on 31st March, 1958.
