Mr. Skeffington

asked the Minister of Transport if he will use his powers under Section 6 (7) of the Transport Act, 1947, to refer to the appropriate Transport Users' Consultative Committee the present shortcomings in the passenger services on the western suburban railway system and especially at Hayes and Harlington railway station.

No. It is entirely open to any user of these services to make representations to the appropriate Transport Users' Consultative Committee.
