§ 118. Mr. Dribergasked the Attorney-General what consultations were held with the editor and reporters responsible for the report of Mr. Leonard Hackett's address at Wokingham Juvenile Court on 19th October, 1959, before this report was described by the Lord Chancellor, in a letter, as misleading; and, in view of the fact that Mr. Hackett has subsequently said that the report was accurate, what apology has been sent to the journalists concerned.
§ The Attorney-GeneralThere were no consultations. So far as my noble Friend is aware, Mr. Hackett has not said that the report was accurate and no question therefore arises of an apology being sent to the journalists concerned.
