§ 52. Mr. Warbeyasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, in view of the fact that the current French military budget provides for an expenditure of 42 thousand million francs on nuclear weapons, he will now propose to the Council of Western European Union that the French Government be requested to submit its programme of nuclear weapon production to the Council for approval.
