§ 82. Mr. Russellasked the Minister of Transport if, pending the completion of the Hyde Park Boulevard Scheme, he will experiment by making the centre gateway of the Decimus Burton Screen available for traffic going out of Hyde Park up till 11 a.m., in order to speed up the flow of traffic.
