§ Mr. Ellis Smithasked the President of the Board of Trade the total value of United States investments in industry in Britain since 1945, and provide in tabular form the amounts invested, the percentage of the total and numbers employed, in each Board of Trade Region and the same figures for Belfast, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Liverpool, Oldham, Manchester, Salford and Stoke-on-Trent.
