§ Mr. H. BrookeMy right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, who is primarily concerned, is considering the recommendations of the National Council for Domestic Food Production on the problems of sheep trespass in South Wales. Some of the Council's recommendations need to be considered as part of wider problems dealt with in the Report of the Royal Commission on Common Land. It is a difficult problem in parts of Wales, and my right hon. Friend and I will keep in close touch about it.
