§ Mr. H. BrookeOverspill agreements with Birmingham Corporation have been signed by five local authorities in Wales and approved by me under Section 4 of the Town Development Act, 1952. The agreements do not specify the total number of people who might be affected, and no authorities in Wales have yet received overspill population under them.
