§ Mr. McInnesasked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many local authorities undertook the factoring of houses on behalf of the Scottish Special Housing Association; and how many have intimated their intention to discontinue the arrangement.
§ Mr. MaclayOf the sixty-seven local authorities which factored houses on behalf of the Association before the announcement of the new rent scheme on 20th May, 1958, fifteen have ceased, or have declared their intention of ceasing, to do so.
