§ Mr. de Freitasasked the Secretary of State for Air what special instructions are given to aircrew about low flying over the City of Lincoln.
Mr. WardStanding instructions prohibit avoidable low flying over any thickly populated area. Unfortunately aircraft from the airfields near Lincoln must pass close to the city on take-off and landing.
