§ 53. Mr. Russellasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will amend Section 32 (3) of the Second Schedule to the Representation of the People Act, 1949, so that only subsections (2) and (6) of Section 53 of the Act need be read to persons attending the counting of votes at Parliamentary and local government elections before they make the declaration of secrecy.
