§ Mr. T. G. D. GalbraithI am advised that the demand by competing users of plate and heavy sections may slacken in 1958 and that production will improve. The shipbuilders' prospects this year may, therefore, be considered brighter—although owing to the increasing demands of the shipyards I would not yet regard the future as fully assured.
