§ 82. Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty if he is aware that many of the relations of the 830 men lost when H.M.S. "Royal Oak" was sunk in Scapa Flow in 1939 object to the Admiralty proposal to disturb those men by raising the battleship; and if he will make a statement which will reassure those concerned.
