§ Mr. H. BrookeTwenty-five local authorities have made application under146W Section 5. Nineteen applications have been rejected. Applications from Mynyddislwyn U.D.C., Newcastle Emlyn R.D.C. and Teifiside R.D.C. have been approved. Further information is awaited from the remaining three authorities.
