§ Mr. Ian HarveyThe Western Powers' plan for partial disarmament, which was tabled in the Disarmament Sub-Committee on 29th August, included a proposal that the States concerned should place in storage depots, within their own territories and under the supervision of an international control organisation, specific quantities of designated types of conventional armaments to be set out in agreed lists.
