§ Mr. J. RodgersHon. Members have recently sent me representations from a local association of coal traders and from a county council alderman. I have replied that we have no powers at the moment to deal with the problem, that a new Weights and Measures Bill is necessary, and that suggestions on detail will be considered on that context.
