We have warmly welcomed this proposal, and I have invited Sir George Binney to lead a Trade and Industrial Mission to Ghana next March. He has accepted, and I am most grateful to him for agreeing to undertake this important task. This Mission will reaffirm the United Kingdom's interest in expanding trade between Ghana and the United Kingdom and recommend ways in which British enterprise might assist development in Ghana. The composition of the Mission will be announced in due course.
