§ Mr. Steeleasked the Secretary of State for Scotland when he proposes to bring into operation Part II of the Matrimonial Proceedings (Children) Act, 1958.
§ Mr. MaclayI propose shortly to make an Order bringing Part II of the Act into operation on 1st January next.
