HC Deb 09 December 1958 vol 597 c26W
65. Sir W. Anstruther-Gray

asked the Minister of Housing and Local Government and Minister for Welsh Affairs what steps he is taking to ensure that his investigation into problems connected with caravans takes full account of Scottish experience in these matters.

Mr. H. Brooke

This investigation, which is limited to England and Wales, is concerned solely with the problem of residential caravans; and my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State tells me that he knows of no special Scottish experience in this connection. He assures me, however, that Sir Arton Wilson will be very welcome to cross the Border if he should decide that that might help him in his task.
