§ Mr. H. BrookeThis investigation, which is limited to England and Wales, is concerned solely with the problem of residential caravans; and my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State tells me that he knows of no special Scottish experience in this connection. He assures me, however, that Sir Arton Wilson will be very welcome to cross the Border if he should decide that that might help him in his task.
