§ 70. Mr. Brockwayasked the Under-Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations what official communications have been received regarding the union of Ghana and the Republic of Guinea in relation to foreign affairs, defence and 165W finance; and if he will make a statement on Her Majesty's Government's policy in regard to the effects of this development on the relationship of Ghana with the Commonwealth.
