§ Mr. H. BrookeThe Order was a complicated one, there were many objections to it, and it involved difficult issues going beyond the question of the unfitness of the properties in the clearance areas. Nevertheless, I regret that consideration of the Order has taken longer than it should, and I am seeing to it that my decision will be sent to the Council this week.
