§ Mr. Swinglerasked the Minister of Pensions and National Insurance what further consideration he has given to amending the workmen's compensation laws, so as to bring the amounts and conditions of compensation more into line with those applicable under the Industrial Injuries Scheme.
§ Mr. Boyd-CarpenterI would refer the hon. Gentleman to the discussions which took place on the Workmen's Compensation and Benefit (Supplementation) Act of last year, to which I have at present nothing to add.
