§ 78. Mr. A. Hendersonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will instruct his representative at the United Nations to support the recent United States proposal to establish a fund of 100 million dollars for the advancement of the under-developed countries.
§ Mr. Ormsby-GoreThe United States proposal is of great interest to Her Majesty's Government and is, of course, the subject of exchanges between the United States and United Kingdom delegations in New York. I would prefer to say no more at this stage.
