§ 79. Mr. A. Hendersonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will instruct his representative at the United Nations to support the proposal of the Government of India to enlarge the membership of the United 86W Nations Disarmament Sub-Committee from five to 12 members.
§ Mr. Ormsby-GoreThe United Nations General Assembly decided on 19th November to expand the Disarmament Commission by adding fourteen countries to it. No proposal to expand the Sub-Committee was put to the General Assembly.
